Somebody's got to keep all those Follower Sprites in line, and Manager Sprite is up for the challenge!  When you've found enough Follower Sprites, speak with this little green sprite to assign them to your Leader Sprite of choice.  The more followers you assign, the more spoils a leader will bring you each day.
